This is a 98 Honda 400r. The carb. needs rebuilt (sticking) and rear fender has damage. I had bike fired up a couple weeks ago. It is tittle in Iowa previous and I have that tittle. I did not transfer it into my name. This bike was listed three weeks ago and the high bidder stiff me. So I'm relisting it. It is for local pickup only. I just don't ride enough to have it any more.
