Vehicle Detail
Normal 0 false false false EN-US JA X-NONE You are looking at a 1999 Ford F150 Supercab 4.2l LWB V6 XLT with 162350 miles on the clock. One of the last models assembled in Canada. I bought it from a single owner in Indiana March 2002. She’s been a great ride over the last 12 years and extremely dependable. Powertrain is solid and gas mileage healthy. This truck was regularly serviced throughout its life. Serp belt tensioner replaced around 2004. Break lines replaced in 2008. Radiator temp stat got stuck on a road trip through the Smokeys during Thanksgiving 2009 and the engine derated to safe mode (like it should) and got us to the nearest Ford dealership. No engine issues. Had it serviced recently through Rick at RPM in Savannah and he noted a number of issues. (Air filter replaced).A/C compressor needs to be replaced Front upper control arms need to be replaced Rear brake pads and rotors worn Rear tires in good condition but front tires worn outThe general bodywork condition is fair with a patch of rust on lower edge of the LH side half door. Minor dings and scratches. Tailgate bottom edge corroded. RH rear view mirror cracked and driver side but still functional. Service Engine light on, emissions fault code. Odometer comes on at first start in the morning and then goes to sleep for the rest of the day -- suspect a bad temperature sensitive electrical connection somewhere in the circuit. Interior is in good, clean shape. Front grill damaged due to hitting a deer at very low speed (see photos). The deer made it! Hate to let this Old Stalwart go, great trips and memories. Only selling because we’re moving out of country for an expat assignment. Asking price $3550 Bank guaranteed check or cash. I have the title in hand.
