I bought this from the original owner, my brother-in law. It has a clear title. I ran it for a few years then parked it due to financial reasons. It's has sat since about 2008. It ran well when I was using it. Now the carb is gummed up so the throttle cable to does not move. All the electric works. The starter works but the engine does not turn over. Front tire leaks air but back tire does not. Other than that the tires are in fair shape. I am selling it to help pay for making my other bike electric. The front rim I replaced, hit a curb when learning to ride in a parking lot. Pictures tell the rest of the story.
