Hello, Up for sale is probably the nicest, well maintained 1999 BMW 540 on the planet. We needed an extra car and I picked up this one up last February. It was a one-owner vehicle its whole life before my purchase of it. It was owned by a retired man in North Carolina. It was probably the nicest condition used vehicle I have ever purchased and I have done what ever I could do maintain its impeccable condition. I have put roughly about 3,000 miles on the vehicle since purchasing it. Since owning the vehicle I have spent $3,000 at Erhard BMW taking care of some normal 540 items that happen over time. I replaced the radiator, valley pan gaskets, dash cluster display (pixels out), and alternator as well as done all normal maintenance. The car needs nothing. Also I purchased a new set of Bridgestone Blizzak that now have less than 800 miles on them. The regular tires for the car are Michelin Pilot Sport A/S and I currently have them off the car and they have at most 5k miles on them, plenty of tread left. In my ownership of the car I only drove it when the other family vehicles were not available. Therefore I did need to drive the car 4xs this winter in the snow. The car has no dents, dings, or scratches. The only items are a couple tiny paint chips on the front passenger door that can easily be touched up. I took a photo of them. Factory options on the car include: - Xenon headlights - Sports package - Heated Seats - DSP stereo MSRP of this car in 1999 was $57,970. The car runs as good as the day it left the factory. The only reason I am selling it is I found an older AMG Mercedes that caught my eye and I do not have room for the BMW 540 any longer. All keys, books, service records since my ownership, as well as original window sticker are included. Also both sets of tires will go with the car.
