Vehicle Detail

This is a great 64 corvair greenbriar I have decided to sell ,as I have found a convertible project car and do not have the room to store it. This van was originally purchased in Virginia buy a Funeral Home for 20 years .It was sold to a gentleman who collects corvairs and he had it from had it for a little over 20 years and kept it as a daily driver .When the engine got weak and started using oil ,he parked it inside for a couple years and then finally sold it to a friend of mine .I purchased it last year. Before he sold it to me he installed a 110 engine that was rebuilt from a good known mechanic in place of the 95 along with a new clutch, pressure plate , input shaft seals, rebuilt flywheel, 2 new front mounts, both rear axle bearings were rebuilt and new gas shocks rear and new adjustables front. . He also installed a 65 4 speed and 3:55 axle ,new Pertronix igniter ignition ,electric fuel pump with a bypass for the stock pump. A new 65 amp alternator, rebuilt carbs with 52 mains , new cap rotor and 8mm wires. It is driver quality and by no means a show truck. It has some dings and scratches ,so it is meant to drive and enjoy. But is has had all the details and it is completely shaken down and I would drive it anywhere ! It has comfortable seats and everything works as it should. The 110 engine is very strong and feels more like a built 140 !! and the 4 speed is smooth and quiet. It does have a dual exhaust and has a nice tone. The engine has just been just had the o rings replaced 2 weeks ago and it runs well. All 5 tires are new and the wheels and tires are correct for a 1964 Greenbrier. It steers tight and brakes straight as it should. The Audio system is a Sony CD with MP3 with 6 speakers and really sounds well and is plenty powerful. ..This truck is a solid driver and has Flat Black with a silver stripe and roof. (The silver has just a hint of blue) There is no middle seat ,just the front and the rear and they have been recovered .. There are full seat belts front and rear. NOTE . I also have extra paint for both the color and the stripe. I also have the factory steering when and glove box door. It is a really great driving truck and is a pleasure to drive . I have driven many corvair vans and this one by far is the best driver. I have the van for sale locally and I am selling it No reserve ! Thanks!
