Hello and Welcome I am relisting this due to a non-paying bidder. Please don't bid unless you intend to buy. Today we have a 1988 Chevrolet C1500 up for bid with no reserve. I have owned this truck since 1994 and it's been great until (what I was told)the bottom end of the motor went recently. It does not run. It may be something minor but I'm not a motor or car guy so I can't tell you what is involved. I welcome anyone to come and see the truck and look it over in person. I was told by a mechanic that other engines will mate right up to this transmission if you want to switch to a 350 or 305 V8. I want to be transparent with everything and want you to be happy that you're getting a great deal. NO RESERVE....The tires alone are worth the $700 starting price. It has 107,496 original miles (Since 2003 I've put less than 15,000 miles on the truck) A trailer hitch that was used exactly one time to pull a 14 foot boat. It has the usual scratches and dings and rust on the cab corners and some on the wheel wells. Underneath the only rust is on the surface as everything is solid. Chromed Grill and Tail light Guards. Custom Tail Lights. A performance chip (not installed but comes with it). A new headliner. A sunroof. I believe it was a dealer option in 88 and 89 but I'm not sure.
