Not even sure how to write about this car... It is so ugly it's beautiful! This is a 1981 AMC Concord DL, with the Sundancer option. These were factory authorized conversions. Done by the Griffith Co, in Ft Lauderdale FL. Only 200 were ever produced, and from the little research I can find, there is said to be only 20 left in existence. This car in particular was found in dry storage, seems to have been off the road since mid 1990's. I have had the engine run on a reserve fuel tank, original rubber lines are not in good shape to tank. Body and frame are in good condition, this is not a rust bucket! There is some surface rust and small bubbles in the paint. I am selling it in, AS FOUND condition. Comes with 20yrs worth of dust. Rear convertible top is in terrible shape, but could be used as a pattern. Interior under dust seems to be all there. Digital clock even works. Only have driven on and off trailer, brakes seem to be sticking. This is a unique car that with just a little work could be used as is. The other option would be a restoration if you'd like.
