HONDA CT 701970 Up for auction is one 1970 Honda CT70 Mini Trail. I took this in on part payment of a car I sold. Owner claimed it had been setting for many years in one corner of his garage. Says it ran but couldn't remember just how long it had been. Seems to be mostly all there except for an air cleaner assembly, but not sure. I have no experience in these small bikes, so have decided to sell. Just this week looked in gas tank and completely dry & clean. Added some gas, turned on the gas valve ( some leaking at bottom of carb) kicked it about six times and it started!! Ran rough but ran. Bumped trans and it took right off. Obviously needs complete redo as cables & other parts are original and worn. Anyway, bike as-is, and it looks like it would make a great resto project. No reserve auction.
