It would not take much for someone with a little know how to replace these items, (Tower will need to be welded, and the fender pulled out) to get the car on the road. The tires alone are worth $400.00, they still have at least 80% of the Tread. Remember that BMW parts are very interchangeable for several years before and after said model. Willing to entertain a reasonable offer!
