1978 Honda CB

This is a Honda CB750k. I bought this last year from the guy who bought it from the original owner, which is the name on the title. This bike was las titled in 1984. The title was notarized that year and never transferred to the next owner and is currently ready to transfer to a new owner. The bike has been in storage since 1985. I was told that the original owner fell on the bike during that time and never repaired the damage or rode the bike again. The damage toll was a broken clutch handle, mirror and slightly bent handle bar. I put another handle bar on it and a used clutch handle and mount. When I first brought it home, I changed the oil and filter and put some gas through the engine. It fired up fine but ran a little rough. Not bad for sitting for 30 years. It basically has everything. Frame, kick stands, tires, brakes, fenders, headlight, ignition with key and all gauges, original seat, carbs, air box, gas tank. The clutch cable was removed, as it was hanging because of the broken mount. The bike needs to be completely gone through. Needs tune up, brakes bleed and adjusted, carbs cleaned, needs paint, probably new tires, etc... I also bought a like new set of 2 into 1 headers for this bike that I will add, as well as a short sissy bar. This is a nice low mileage bike that anybody with basic skills can repair. I really hate to sell this one because it's a great project, that is basically complete and would make a nice vintage ride. If I didn't absolutely need the money, this would be a keeper.
