This 1982 Honda CX500 is being sold as-is. The carbs were just done and the bike was went through by a person experienced with this type of motorcycle. The title has a model description of CX500C and contains a warning that the odometer is not the actual mileage. (EBay requires a mileage for the entry, and the listed mileage is not the true mileage, but simply what the odometer shows.) There is no reserve and the bike must be picked up by the winning bidder. The bike was just gone over by a professional. The bike starts right up now and idles well. He did the timing and valve adjustment, installed two Honda carb gasket kits, he cleaned the carbs in an ultrasonic cleaner, replaced two float valve needles, replaced the acc. pump, and he checked out the water pump and it was working properly. The professional replaced the fuel hose and spark plugs. The boots to fasten the carbs to the intake have been replaced. Before that, it was redone two years ago and did not get ridden much so had bike checked out by a professional recently.
