This is a very fine 2005 BMW R1200GS that I have ownedfor 1 year. It runs and handles perfectly, and it has never let me down. It is fully equipped for adventure touring with ABS brakes, BMW Vario expandable panniers, BMW heated grips, BMW hand guards, engine guards, a original gps. Value of the accessories and options is $2,000 - $3,000. The tires are in very good condition, and will not need replacing for thousands of miles. The sealed battery will be good for years to come. The motorcycle runs perfectly and handles equally as well. It is in very good cosmetic condition, The bike has never been dropped or abused in any way. I have kept it in my garage the entire time I have owned it. Gas mileage is quite good, averaging around 45 mpg, with highway cruising at legal speeds around 50 mpg. Most of the miles have been on back roads. The motorcycle has been 100% reliable wherever I have taken it. It has never been off road . This motorcycle is the perfect example of why the BMW R1200GS is so widely respected around the world. You can spend $15,000 - 20,000 on a newer used GS, but there is no reason to. This motorcycle performs amazingly well and will take you whoever you want to go. I sure you will appreciate its abilities and enjoy it as much as I have.
