Vehicle Detail
Dodge 2008 Silver Caliber SXT This is my wife's car. She purchased it Used Certified from a Dodge dealership back in 2009. It had $50,000 miles on it already. Just finish paying it off so I gave the wife my Scion and I when out and bought a truck. Don't need this car anymore. All the details I know about it are listed above in the item specifics. It is used and does look it. The exterior has a small ding next to the hood and a few small chips in the paint around the front, as one would expect since she drove 30 miles on the highway almost daily. The interior has typical dirt and dust. The floor has scratches from shoes. The only thing I know for sure that isn't working on the car are the little ring lights in the cup holders. Also, a few months ago we noticed that the engine was sounding louder than it used to. I'm a guitar guy and not a car guy so I don't know if that is an indication of anything or not. I took it to a repair shop back in September for that reason and they replaced something in there for about $200. The sound of the engine didn't change though. Along with that we noticed a few years ago that the ride sounds rough on bumps. We had the car looked at back then and the shop said it's just the shocks. It didn't sound so rough when my wife bought the car so I'm just pointing that out as well. I did make sure my wife always got the oil changed on schedule. I also changed the tires before last winter to expensive tires that could handle snow. Then it didn't snow last year. The one thing that didn't get done at 100,000 was that my wife never got it tuned up because she was in between jobs after graduation. I theorize that the reason the engine sounds louder now is because it's overdue for a tune up. I may be wrong though. Again, not a car guy. If you have any questions I'll try to answer them. I've posted everything I can think of though. Thanx for your interest in my listing.
