This truck is ready to work! The 4 wheel drive works perfect..It currently has about 250,950 miles and this may increase as I do still drive it some. At 244,485 miles the front axle was rebuilt by local dodge dealer including new ring and pinion gear, bearings and seals, and sway bar links at a cost of 2117.67. Then at approximately 249,750 miles the engine developed a knock so I installed a new reman engine and went through the transfer case and pulled the transmission as well and totally rebuilt it. I had alto red eagle clutches and kolene steels installed as well as all new electronics and torque convertor and a new heavy duty aftermarket tranny cooler. It has a Gale banks oversized charge air cooler and a banks high ram intake. It cranks right up and runs fine. This is not a show truck it's a work truck and looks the part. It is scratched and scrapped with some small dents and dings. It is not all beat up but it does have wear. The interior is ok with no tears at all in the seats. The carpet is very dirty and the dash is cracked bad as are all dodges this age. The cruise, ac , power windows and locks all work. Also as is typical of these trucks the windows only work from the drivers side. I have a 04 and its the same way. I think its the switch. The bed is excellent with a hidden gooseneck hitch. It has 7 way plugs inside of hitch and at rear reciever hitch. The rails are interlocking and removeable to make flat bed or for loading.
