This bike was bought from the dealership, ridden 4 times then parked in a garage and sat until last year. Mechanically this is a brand new bike. Fuel system was completely gone through, new hoses, filters, jets and the carburetor was rebuilt at the honda dealership in Huntington Beach. It now runs awesome and I took it out to El mirage for a one day cruise around and it performed beautifully. All fluids have been changed, new air filter, all plastics are brand new. The bike sat in a garage near the beach for several years and while it was indoors and protected the humidity did tarnish the surface of some of the alloy metals. No mechanical harm was done, it's all cosmetic. Let the pictures be your guide on this issue. The close up pic of the frame tag shows the oxidation. It is present on the frame, forks and rims especially. Again it is only cosmetic and didn't bother me, hopefully it doesn't bother you. Otherwise this is a perfect bike. Clear title and current registration for 2014. This bike screams, is quick, extremely light and is super fun to ride.
