This 4WD SE model is in excellent shape, and it runs great. This is pretty much your garden-variety Wrangler: no bells or whistles, just a solid 4x4 vehicle that's more than capable on road or off. While it doesn't have a lot of extra options, one thing it does have going for it is its condition - it is really, really nice inside and out. It looks, runs and drives like a much newer vehicle. Its a lifetime Florida Jeep, so it hasn't been exposed to the road salt and rough conditions of northern roads. It has had just one previous owner and has just 51,621 original miles on it. The exterior is in excellent condition. There are no notable dents or dings on the vehicle, and the paint shines all around. The Carfax report does show accident history, but we've looked this Jeep over and can't find any residual signs of damage or serious repair. It looks great and drives just like its supposed to.You can see the Carfax report at the end of the photo gallery. Exterior features include silver painted wheels and fender flares. The top is also in fantastic shape - no cuts, tears or stains. Jeep calls this color Dark Khaki, but it looks more like to Olive to us. The interior is in very, very good condition. There are no rips or tears in the seats. No appreciable wear, no stains, no burn marks, no odors - just nice.The dash carpets and door panels are in very good shape. This Wrangler has cold air conditioning, a tilt wheel, and a Sony AM/FM/CD stereo with Auxiliary input and wireless remote control. The 2.4 liter runs very well. The condition of the engoine compartment and the way it runs suggests trhat it has been properly maintained. With just over 51,600 miles on it, it should continue to run well for a long, long time. We occasionally buy our cars from new car dealers, and in rare cases the dealer has to make a payoff to a finance company and wait for the title, which could be delayed up to 15 days. As we are located In Florida, we are required to title a vehicle "Exempt" in miles if the car is 10 years or older. The miles listed is the actual reading from the cars odometer. Payment/Fees We will add a $250 dealer prep charge to the final bid price. If a vehicle is not picked up within 10 days of the auction close, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable storage fee. You may pay the purchase price with cash in person, with a cashiers or certified check or bank-to-bank wire transfer. Sorry, but we do not accept credit cards or Paypal. If you are the winner, a 10% deposit within 48 hours of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the car until the remainder can be sent. Final payment is expected within five (5) days thereafter. If these forms of payment are not acceptable, please do not bid. If you are seeking financing, please be sure to hold off on your bid until your funding has been approved. I DO NOT ACCEPT BANK DRAFTS OF ANY KIND. You are responsible for your own finance arrangements so please take care of them before bidding. We recommend that you do not send payment via regular mail or priority mail. We have experienced lost checks several times. We recommend that if you are sending payment, that you use registered, return receipt mail or FedEx. This is for you protection, as well as ours. With notice, we are more than happy to pick up our winning bidder at Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) Important tax info: If you are a Florida resident, you will be required to pay Florida's 6% sales tax and registration fees. If you are not a Florida resident, and you are are driving the vehicle away from our lot, you will be required to pay your state's sales tax up to 6%. If your state's sales tax is more than 6%, you will be required to pay the difference in your home state. If your state has no sales tax on motor vehicles, we will not charge you any sales tax. If you have the vehicle shipped, we will not charge you any sales tax (however, you will have to pay your state's tax at home). Currently, the states of Arkansas, Mississippi, and West Virginia impose a sales tax on motor vehicles, but they DO NOT allow a credit for taxes paid to Florida. Residents of these states should be aware that they must pay sales tax to Florida at the rate imposed by their home state when they pick up and drive a vehicle from Florida and must also pay tax to their home state when the vehicle is licensed in their home state. If you are shipping the car, you pay tax only at home in those states. Legal Disclaimer: The parties agree to the following with regard to dispute resolution: Any disputes between the parties must first be addressed by mediation. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals. The parties recognize that the State of Florida has laws which provide for the shifting of the burden of attorney fees. In the interest of reducing the risk and complexity of litigation caused by those laws, the parties agree to waive any rights they may have to attorney fees under those laws.
