Up for auction is my 1967 Porsche 912 coupe. Until recently, the car was parked in a garage and not driven for the last 3 years. The car runs and drives (i.e., engine runs and does not smoke), however, it is in need of a complete tune-up and will soon require a new clutch for its 5 speed transmission. Furthermore, according to the previous owner the engine was rebuilt about 4 years ago by a friend of his who has many years experience working on VWs and Porsches. The car was repainted white (originally Sand Beige in color - paint code 6607) and undergoing a restoration until the previous owner lost interest in the project. The car is not perfect and does need some TLC. But overall the car is in solid condition with the exception of the rust on the floor pans that have been repaired (see photos) by the previous owner.
