1997 Honda Rebel 250This bike has trained and was ridden by 5 of my seven children who now have their own bikes. It is a good training bike with wonderful gas mileage. The last one to learn laid this bike down going about 30 mph. He continued to ride this bike for another year, then go his own bike. There is a dent in the gas tank (see photo) road rash on the right side foot peg, muffler and turn singles. Probably some other minor damage. This bike has not been rode for the past 2 years. It has been in the basement with gas drained. The battery DID turn the bike over a couple of time before it drained and everything is free. I did not put any gas in it to start it though. I estimate that it would take about $300 to $500 to get this bike looking new. I don't want to put any money in it so the sale price reflects the restoration cost. Being sold as is with no warranty. PaymentDeposit required through paypal. Remainder paid in cash. If certified check, personal check, money order or any other type of payment used you must wait until all funds clear. Bike will not leave until all financial transactions are complete. Bike can be stored here up to 30 days after full payment. After that a $10.00 a day storage fee will be charged. Buyer responsible for pick up or arranging transportation. I will help and I can get access to a loading dock if necessary. None payment by winning bidder will be issued negative feed back.
