I have a full-on,bare frame restoration here that had ALL of it's working components rebuilt or replaced!Frame stripped & painted, COMPLETE front/rear suspension rebuild/replacement.Forks internally cleaned-re-sealed,shock internally cleaned-re-sealed,swingarm & lower link set.Yes,i do totally remove,dis-assemble,CLEAN,replace all working parts/seals etc,entire front & rear brake systems from lever to the caliper and rotors..Rear wheel bearings/seals,re-laced rear wheel(new spokes/nipples) steer head bearings/seals,ALL chain idlers (upper & lower)chain slider,chain & sprocket kit,the engine got all new external seals,a new wiseco piston kit (piston,ring,pin,bearing,clips),Clean exh. valve too.And a great cometic gasket kit.The exhaust system was freshened up too with a stripped and re-painted pipe,re-packed silencer,manifold gasket and o-ring as well as the rubber boot,(silencer to pipe joint.).I am probably forgetting alot,but i do have ALL reciepts to back this up with.Oh yeah,ALL fasteners were replaced and correctly done so.This bike is fresh,only took it to slades 1 time this year to heat cycle it.
