Bidding on nice mostly original Honda SL175 twin. Rare first year model with the cool 2 into 1 motosport exhaust, unique to this model. Really nice running for street, without the heavy weight of the SL350. Good compromise street / trail with a nice torquey motor, and cool 4-stroke sound , throaty with the stock exhaust, but not loud. New battery, foam air filters, carb cleaning, plugs, tank clean out. Starts and runs out nice. All gears work. The only significant issue is the kickstart pawl gear does not always catch for kickstarting and then kickstarter does not engage. Simple fix with new pawl gear on e-bay, only requires pulling outer right cover. Good brakes, clutch, original SL waffle grips, switches, lights. Original key all works. Bikes runs out 65+ easily although gearing is a bit low for trail use. Could use one larger countershaft sprocket for more road use. I had countershaft cover off to check teeth on counter, I have that cover. Seat is pretty good shape. Tank is fading pain, but good overall. Does not have a title. Can get replacement if you are using for street use.
