I'll offer to refund your money and all depostis if any in the same manner as it was recieved. First let me say the pictures in this case do not do this car any justice at all. It was a bad day for photos. This car is much better in person then in the pictures. If you're looking for a brand new BMW fresh off the show room floor, then this is probably not the car for you. However if you're looking for a dependable daily driver with no problems that will leave you stuck on the side of the road? Then you may want to consider this vehicle. It runs and drives very nice. Tires are good. Exhaust is good. Engine and transmission are in great condition. I drove this car each and ever day until I bought a Chevy Avalanche. No check engine lights are on so passing inspection in your state should go smoothly. Fuel mileage according to the onboard computer is 28.9 hwy. Add that to the comfort of the seated seats and what else is there to ask for. If you are in the market for BMW please consider this one. It's well worth the time to check it out.
