I have owned this 1954 Chevy truck for the last seven years. Prior to that, the truck was owned by one man and his family, a farmer in Tennessee. Since the mileage states it has 33000 miles, I can believe it could be because it was a "Farm Vehicle" and probably was used primarily on the farm. Since I'm not sure of this, I have to list this as TMU or True Mileage Unknown. When I purchased this truck I only had to changes the fluids and get new brakes. That was it. Since that time, I have driven this truck every Spring and Fall. Before the winter, I'd drive it from Philly to a garage for storage in Ocean City, NJ (about 1.5 hours away). I'd bring the truck back to Philly in early spring. The truck has never left me anywhere. It's very reliable. You can probably drive this truck from my house to yours with no concerns. I just replaced the battery, but I recommend replacing the tires in the near future. The engine runs well, but runs a little rough between 30-35 mph. It's been like this since I bought it. Overall, its a great truck, but not a show car. This is the kind of truck you can enjoy, get a load of compliments and drivers honking their horn giving you a thumbs up.
