PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING This beauty is at 85% full restoration, I have taken the time and pinched every dime I have had to make this car amazing once again, I am a college student and I have to call it quits with this project, due to financial reasons and college tuition. This 1988 E30 M3 Painted Speed Yellow! Pictures do not do the vehicles color justice! Exterior of the vehicle has been painted while the door jams, under the hood and under the trunk are still Dakar Yellow. Vehicles original color is Salmon Silver Metallic, the original owner had the vehicle painted when the Dakar color was released, There is no sign of the original paint color anywhere except a little behind the rear seat (seat has to be removed enable to see this color) Original black interior. Well Maintained with an 1’’ binder filled with records that go back to the 90’s for this vehicle! This vehicle was not abused it was passed down from family member to family member then I had the lucky chance to purchase it. Vehicle is in great physical condition with 202,286 miles on the chassis, Car has been prepped and restored ground NO EXPENSES SPARED by a local BMW shop that has been specializing in bmw’s for the past 20+ years. Interior of the vehicle is in decent clean shape this was my next adventure for the vehicle, their are cracks in the dash (a very common e30 problem) and normal wear and tear in the seats passenger seat has no tears. Interior is clean otherwise, Vehicle does not have a stereo! Why would you need one in a vehicle like this?!?! Vehicle has the following mods; - Jim Conforti Chip ($249.95) - H&R Springs ($325.00) - Racing Dynamics Adjustable Anti Roll bars F+R ($525.00) - Racing Dynamics Strut Brace ($275.00)- Momo Steering wheel- Short Shifter Vehicle sits on bmw Rims (All rims have curb rash) These are just some of the mods I know I am forgetting others. No Shortcuts were taken in this project, My intentions were to make it perfect to my liking and keep the vehicle for as long as I could. Vehicle currently does not have an Engine, I owe the shop money for the engine, Engine will be listed in a separate auction, Engine has been fully rebuilt from ground up meaning there is “0” miles on the motor, all OEM parts were used, Only thing the needed is a valve adjustment. The shop has stated “We need to be paid to continue this project” I have paid as much as I could and have all my time, energy and money invested into this vehicle. I will place the engine in an other auction hoping to get what is needed to pay off my remainder balance with the shop. Vehicle is sold AS-IS where is, no if ands or buts.
