OK guys, here's the one you've been waiting for! Up for auction is my 1966 Suzuki K15 Hill-Billy. This is a very cool classic bike that is rarely seen for sale anywhere, especially in this condition. The bike is mostly original and overall is in great condition for a 47 year old machine with only 2918 original miles on the clock. The bike starts, runs, idles, shifts, and stops properly but could probably benefit from a tune up for optimum performance. All of the original chrome shines nicely and looks great but as you would expect for being 47 years old is not perfect. The original paint is in decent condition but as expected there are some minor scratches and chips here and there but nothing major. Also it appears that some of the original paint was touched up some time ago. The original Suzuki seat is in great condition, as is the original K15 chrome rear rack. The bike has new Cheng-Shin tires and tubes, a new battery, and an NOS Suzuki gas cap. The original Suzuki key operates the ignition and the fork lock! The hard to find chrome rear fender flare is also present and in nice condition. The bike comes with the dual rear sprocket setup - use the smaller sprocket for street use or the larger one for off-road use. There are 2 very tiny dings in the chrome on the gas tank - I tried to capture them in the photos but they are hard to see. Also included with the sale is the original Suzuki tool kit, warranty card, and the dealer service cards from when the bike was purchased new! These items are in mint condition - hard to believe they are present after all these years. Overall this is a fine example of this model, and I think you would be hard-pressed to find another one in this condition. Please review the photos and I'll be happy to answer any questions. The bike is located in Montross VA 22520, and is sold "as-is, where is", with no warranty. Winning bidder must submit a $300 deposit via paypal within 24 hours of auction end, and the remaining balance via certified funds within 7 days. Paypal can be used for the balance if you pay the 3% fee. I will safely hold the bike until the payment clears and will assist your shipper with loading the bike. If you are picking the bike up in person, cash payment of the balance due at time of pick-up (within 7 days) is also OK.
