Vehicle Detail
Needs to go, can't have it in the yard any longer. The jeep is a 92'cherokee. I'm selling it for a friend, so I have a clear title signed and ready. According to him, it's an 8" lift that was installed 2 years ago. I guarantee it is at least a 6" lift but I'm not sure if it's 8". I have doors for it if you want them but they are still red. The 2nd jeep is just a body and is there for taking out the floorboards and possibly making a pop top for the back in the case that the new owner doesn't have a garage to store this in. This is an awesome machine . The jeep was left in the weather with the carpet still in it. As a result, the frame is solid, but the front floorboards are shot. We cut out most of the rust and it is now time to put the floorboards in. The floorboards need to be cut out of the other body, and welded or screwed into the 92. Also, sometimes the fuel gauge doesn't read. It truly needs no money invested because it comes with the seats and floorboards. I tested it in all gears and transmission and clutch are strong (stick shift). The transfer case is a bit tough to pull the lever, probably needs to be greased from where it got rained on inside. I haven't wanted to yank on it and mess anything up, so I haven't personally tested the 4x4, but was told it worked. All in all, not a big project. I would say this is meant to be a strictly off-road vehicle. I got it up to 60mph checking 5th gear, but i didn't try cornering at those speeds. This jeep sits HIGH and has RIDICULOUS GROUND CLEARANCE! If you have any questions or want to come check them out just give me (Zack) a call 252-342-2494 I'd much rather you come out and take a look at it prior to bidding than have you win and then complain after. No this isn't perfect, it's for off-roading. The jeep is being sold without the rims and tires that are pictured on the vehicle. The rim and tire options are as follows: #1: (FREE CHOICE) For The tires/rims that are pictured on the white truck (aluminum bullet holes with 31x10.50x15s). #2: I'll sell you the rims on the white truck, with the 33x12.50x15s that are pictured without rims for an additional $250 ($150.00 if you want to take them and get them mounted yourself, $250.00 if you want them mounted and ready to go when you get here. If you choose to have them mounted upon arrival, I won't mount them until the deposit is cleared. #3: I will sell the rims and tires that are pictured for an additional $500.00. The rims were $400.00, and the tires were $1300.00 They have nearly full tread. I would say between 90-95%. This vehicle is being sold as is where is and is also for sale locally so I reserve the right to end auction at any time.
