1998 Jeep Cherokee Limited with 36,000 original miles. Jeep is in great condition for the year. Absolutely no rust whatsoever on the body or under body of the Jeep. It is super clean and runs/drives like going back in time and driving it off the lot in 1998. I initially purchased it for my wife a little over a month ago but we just got a good deal on a new Grand Cherokee (what she really wanted anyways but I talked her into one of these) and as bad as I would like to, really cannot afford to keep it which is very disheartening. I looked for over 3 months to find a Cherokee Limited with low miles and no rust. It was not an easy search, and I can personally guarantee you most of the examples out there are not in this kind of condition. It wasn't cheap and I am not going to take a loss. I am selling it for $500.00 over what I paid which I think is fair especially after putting in so much time locating it. I am not a dealer, and not out to rip anyone off. I am just looking to recoup what I have in it ,and pay the fees eBay is going to charge me to sell it. Also, before I purchased it, I had the dealer replace the exhaust manifold, front brake pads and rotors, spark plugs, oil and filter change, and a perform a WV State Inspection. Over $1300.00 of work was performed. The only real I guess you could say negatives that I personally can think of are the paint scrape on the left rear bumper, where the drivers seat side bolster was repaired, and the under hood lamp does not work ($20.00 replacement) just like most. These really do not effect anything but if I were to keep the Jeep I would go ahead and have the bumper repainted and the seat cover replaced. The Jeep also has some light scratches in places and is by no means perfect but it is very nice. Remember you are looking at a 16 year old used Jeep.
