Completely restored 67 Triumph Bonneville T120R. Many NOS parts used in the process. Powdered frame and cycle parts. Base coat clear coat fuel tank with hand painted coach lines. All hardware cad plated. Excellent original Dunlop rims with cad plated spokes and new nipples, tires and tubes. Front fork completely rebuilt with new tubes, bushings, seals, holders and boots. New Hagon rear shocks New brakes and sealed wheel bearings. New headstock cups, cones and balls. Engine stripped to the sludge trap. Bored .030 over. All bearings replaced. New chains and sprockets. New valves, guides and springs. New wiring harness with new 200watt alternator with Podtronics regulator and Boyer ignition. Gauges rebuilt, new cables. New carbs. All genuine Lucas lighting. Original seat pan powder coated, with new foam and nos cover. This is a one kick bike that runs great, shifts perfectly. I will perform head retorque and valve adjustment before shipment. I'm sure I've left out something, but please ask questions before bidding. This bike is sold where is as is. Clear title in my name. No warranty expressed or implied. Bike is for sale locally.
