This is a good solid project car. Has some rust repair around the bottom but not much. top is good under the vinyl. Interior needs carpet and carpet on door panels. Has been sitting for 20 years. Engine was supposed to be a 72 400 with low miles but I cant get it to crank. Will spin. Has original th400. Needs shift cable. Has tilt wheel and AC. Would make a decent driver with a little work. NO TITLE
