Vehicle Detail
I am selling my 2002 Honda VTR1000 RC 51 (SP2) with 17,349 miles on it. This bike has been modified from the chassis up. It has Carbon Fiber handle bars, Sidewinder TI O-Ring chain, full Akaprovic Exhaust from headers back, Teflon brake lines, upgraded brake pads and a Zero Gravity Double bubble tinted windscreen. As far as motor work, It has Moriwaki Camshafts (Not sure if Stage 1 or 2 by the notes, since it has both specs on there) with a balanced crankshaft and bearings done by Falicon Crankshaft Components. Swain Techniques Corp. did the JE Pistons that were goldcoated and PC9'd as well as heads that were thermal barrier coated and ported. It has Race Tech High Performace Springs with 20X60mm Gold Valves on the forks and 40mm Gold Valves on the shocks which were installed by Race Tech. The only thing missing from the time of the dyno sheets is the Power Commander, which is only about $300 to replace. I have full dyno sheets showing the power of this bike as well as all the paperwork with Compression Ratio's, blueprints, pictures and all from 2003. I did not have the work done, the bike was purchased this way. I just replaced the battery with another stock OEM Honda gel one (Yuasa YTZ12S). I am also including both keys, the rear seat, the race stand (Which is pictured) and the OEM service manual with this sale. The NJ title is free and clear in my name with no leins and no other issues. Current problems include - Front fork is leaking a little (I can have this fixed) and the chain may need to be tightened (Which I can also fix if desired). That is all, this will cost about $275 said and done. SAE Pwr is 144 (At 10,000 RPM) at the wheel and SAE Trq is 78 (At 8,500 RPM) at the wheel according to the Dyno sheets on 93 Octane, which is up from 128 (At 10,000 RPM) BHP and 71 (At 8,000 RPM). Any questions, please feel free to ask. This is your chance to own a more powerful than stock limited production motorcycle with the win going to the highest bidder.
