1968 chevyrolet C10 P/U 396 8ft bed 6lug I got this truck from a guy in barstow desert. where it spent all of its rust free life. This is not a rat rod.. its clean. a little surface rust.. there's a couple bubbles on one side of the rockers. nothing major at all. its a ''camper special'' came with a factory 396.. in fact this is the only way to get this year truck with a big block motor also came factory with Air. the old owner told me it stopped blowing cold so he took the belt off. but its all there.factory power steering that works like a champ. makes this truck fun to drive in small places. not like the steering by Armstrong..hahait came with 3 gas tanks and a fuel selector inside on the floor.all the lights gauges blinkers old junk radio still work great. it runs and drives but the breaks are soft 4 wheel drums. despiratley needs front discs. it could use a good tune up i drive it around town. and get lots of looks.took it on the freeway a couple times. not that far.dosn't over heat,the dash never got cut for a pullout radio.i put 22 in steel rims.. welded on some tabs to fit the factory hub caps. new tail lights, new dash pad,had the seat and door panels redone. Threw in some Shag carpet.i have the california title. the tags are expired. the old owner said it was in non op.
