This 1938 Cadillac LaSalle Series 50 4-Door originally hails from California and is powered by a V8 with a 3-on-the-tree transmission. This car has only 45k original miles on the 130hp V8 engine and drive train. The car was one Michigan man's project for the majority of his life, who recently passed. All restoration documentation and receipts have been preserved, including original owner's manual. This LaSalle was restored in the correct paint: Patillo Maroon (#3). The car starts up on command and drives extremely well for its age, due to new bushings throughout the front end. The entire drivetrain has been serviced as part of the restoration. The car still has an occasional drip when left sitting for long periods of time, but nothing noticeable when driven regularly. You will not be disappointed with this LaSalle it is stunning to admire. You will be hard pressed to find another LaSalle in this condition, with such low miles, at the price offered here.
