YOU ARE BIDDING ON A 1979 VOLKSWAGEN BEETLE CONVERTIBLE IN VERY GOOD CONDITION - IN A REAL NO RESERVE AUCTION !!! This beetle runs great - 1600 cc motor has been rebuilt and converted to carb. ( freshly rebuilt) for ease of maintenance. Good power, no oil burning and no leaks. ALL original fuel injection parts come with the car ! Clutch and trans work great - smooth shifting, all syncros good. Body is straight and the paint still looks good. There are a few chips/ flaws on the paint ( see pic) Seats have all been recovered. Dash is original, a few cracks etc and has a nice carpeted cover. Nice aftermarket stereo with kickpanel speakers and 6x9 boxes in rear. Top is in excellent condition and includes tonneau cover. No rust issues, rockers, heater channels, pan etc all rust free. Usual small holes under battery but has been repaired with new metal. all windows work fine and windshield is good. Tires are like new and mounted on chrome stock style wheels with matching VW chrome hubcaps. I am selling this very nice VW beetle convertible in a real no reserve auction to the high bidder.
