This is a restorable impala SS convertible with a clear PA title in my name easily transferred. All convertible parts are there NO MOTOR OR TRANS> Frame condition unknown although with condition of body one would assume some rust looking under rear of car frame appears intact. Floor boards are pretty good but trunk floor is poor. Front fenders and rocker panels very rusty. Car must be picked up payment before title transfer
