You are bidding on a 1997, 1500 chevrolet suburban. Our family has owned this vehicle since 1999. The truck is still in daily use as a daily driver and has been well maintained with oil changes regularly every 3k miles. As noted the exterior paint could uses some touch up of the clear coat,there is not sheet metal rust, the only rust which not be visible in the picutre is the rear bumper. Easily fixed by unbolting and replacing the rear chrom bumper. Replaced last year were the tires (less then 5 k on them) the front disc brakes and rotors, alternator, a door lock actuator. Also recently serviced was the AC system, air filter, rotor, plugs, one O2 sensor. Several years ago the radiator was replaced along with water pump and intake manifold gasket. Several years ago the front leather seats which typically rip were also recovered. The truck is fully loaded. All options work, door locks , power windows, cruise, AC etc. The truck has always passed NJ inspection and is currently good until January 2014. The truck still gets incredibly good gas milage for a vehicle of this size. over 18 mpg on the highway. on a full tank it has a range of over 700 miles! Its obviously great in snow storms and floods and off roading with its 4 x 4 high ground clearance and new tires.
