This 1962 rambler is super solid all around, showing no rust on any of the floor pans, doors and suspension components. The body is straight as an arrow. The motor has been gone through by our Mechanic and everything checks out just fine. There are many new parts throughout. We have personally driven this vehicle over 100 miles without a single hiccup. It started life in Utah and has been in a dry climate environment since! Drivetrain: The Drivetrain is solid, no major issues; it starts up every time, no smoke or sputtering. Power is delivered smoothly through the Push - o – Matic transmission. The motor drips oil as expected from a 50+ year old vehicle. I would say 3-4 drops per week. Transmission shifts fine and we have not noticed any issues, remember guys and gals this is not a drag racer it’s a cruiser! Interior: The interior has been completely gone through and it looks fantastic, it is extremely comfortable and there are zero rips or tears. The seats are firm and not sagging. The dash is pristine! And shines as it should. Please see the photos and admire the quality of materials used. Exterior: The exterior has the original paint, and it does show its age and is getting thin in several areas. The roof was repainted white with shiners at some point (10 ft job). Overall the exterior is super solid. Only issues would be on the top of both front fenders there are dime size rust holes from where the water would drain off the roof (common issue), other than that it is super rust free. Please take a moment to look over all of the photos!! There are custom pin stripes on the rear pillars and hood. Key Issues: 1. Rear taillight has a crack 2. Windshield wipers do not operate 3. 2 rust spots on the front fenders (pictured) 4. Speedo is intermittent. Actual Video of the Rambler Listed!
