FOR SALE: 1974 Chevrolet P10 Step Van The van recently underwent a full "restore" with and features new or freshly rebuilt parts from top to bottom. The ALL-ALUMINUM body was removed from the frame and the frame was refinished during the restore. The entire set-up has less than 4500 miles on it since completion It is powered by a freshly rebuilt Chevrolet 350 paired to a freshly rebuilt Turbo transmission. The engine starts with absolutely no issues and runs perfect and links up nicely to allow the transmission to operate smoothly. The van is bright yellow on the outside with an EASILY REMOVABLE mural on both sides of the box and black racing stripes on the hood. As seen, the mural is a beach theme. The van is rolling on near new American Racing wheels with near new National Commando tires. The van has a handmade bumper that integrates a two-inch receiver to pull nearly anything that you desire; motorcycle or car trailers included! The van has all new suspension and brakes at each corner. The front suspension features two-inch drop spindles while the rear features manually adjustable air suspension. The van can be entered through the two rear doors or a sliding door on each side. All of the lights and signals on the exterior work perfectly. The paint and decals look wonderful but the exterior is just a fourth of the fun! The interior is ALL NEW and features: Two brand new captain's chairs-the passenger's chair swivels to face the rear of the van A new gauge cluster with an entirely new gauge system A Vintage Air air conditioning and heating system A new CD stereo deck hooked to two new 6"x9" component speakers Fresh carpet and wood floors throughout A flat-screen TV with a built-in DVD player that receives cable through an included digital antenna A roof mounted 13,500 BTU air conditioning that has no problem bringing the interior temperature of the van to a chilly 60 degrees in a matter of minutes A new couch that is easily pulled out to make a comfortable bed for those nights on the road. A bed extension is also included to make the bed more than six feet in length. New cabinetry and shelving; both are as sturdy as you could build An Excelsior voltage converter to power the four home-style plug-ins inside the van. The converter receives power from hooking up to a power source like those used for RV's. An insulation drape that attaches around the windshield to control temperature A privacy curtain-functions as seen Heavily tinted rear windows to enhance privacy *I had numerous inquiries during the last listing seeking the dimensions of the van. These measurements are educated guesses but they should allow you to understand the size of the van. The van is approximately 14 feet in length, approximately 10.5 feet tall (including the roof air unit), and approximately 7 feet wide. The cargo/living area of the van, excluding the driver and passenger area, is approximately 10 feet in length, approximately 6.5 feet tall, and approximately 6 feet wide. The cargo/living area of the van is very spacious and gives you plenty of room to comfortably move around. Again, the van is nearly new from top to bottom and every aspect of the van functions with no issues. The van runs, rides and drives smoothly and has plenty of power to move itself and whatever you may pull with ease. I am sure that I have omitted some information you may be interested in knowing.
