Beautiful BMW R1200ST in the best color scheme available, extremely sharp Silver and Blue combination. Bike is in excellent condition and includes BMW removable saddle bags, MV handlebar risers, Wunderlich thermometer Throttlemeister bar end cruise control, cylinder head guards, and additional windshield (tall version). The bike also includes on-board computer, headed hand grips, two position windshield (along with additional tall shield), and has the BMW accessory outlet for use with headed gear or other accessory items, also has battery tender plug installed on battery. Seats are in great condition and have two height settings for added comfort when riding. I am the second owner of the bike, the original owner purchased the bike from Capital BMW in Raleigh, NC and then I purchased it in September of 2007 at Charlotte BMW. Bike has always been garage kept and all recommended services performed meticulously by myself including a fresh oil change with filter on 9/15/13. All fluids are clean and topped off, brake pads have good life to them as do the Michelin Pilot Road tires (based on my last set of Pilot Roads there should be another 2500-3000 miles left on the tires). This is one of the few R1200ST's that you will find with good chrome on the headers (many R1200ST's have an extreme amount of bluing or discoloration which detracts from the look of the bike). Bike in an incredibly fun ride for in town rides or even long distance, I have done several 250+ mile trips on it to the blue Ridge Mountains and through the Tail of the Dragon here in NC. It handles like a sport bike but with the handlebar risers it much more comfortable over long distance and with the BMW integrated ABS system it stops on a dime. The bike has never been down or crashed but does have some very slight scratch on the left cylinder head guard. There are absolutely no mechanical issues what so ever with the bike. The bags do however have some scuffs on the bottom of them from storage and transportation. The only reason for selling is I just got a deal on a 2007 K1200GT that I could not pass up so I now have to make room for it. Bike is Sold As Is, with no implied warranty.
