Vehicle Detail

This car was listed before and pulled do to the fact we also believe this is a lemans head car. We have had many viewers tell us it is. The research also tells us it is. "BUT" I am no mechanic and only could verify this through a phone call to Moss motors in California with their descriptions. If it is, you have a very rare car. ? of 3,300 made. How many left? I don't know. This car is beautiful. It was a frame off restore in 1986. It has been stored in a climate controlled building and only started. It will start right up. It does have a frame for a soft top, It did not come with the car. It was purchased after the car. This car has a 4 speed manual with factory over drive, (rare) red button is in the shifter nob. Rare in itself. Optional factory hard top. Optional wire rims, Lemans style. The overdrive is disconnected. The cable is right there. Has mild drip near trans. Very very slow. No side curtains. The paint in my opinion, is far from spectacular although it is very passable. Here is your chance at a piece of history, The one everyone wants. You can see my other vehicle listings to see what else is in this collection. I will be listing more. Good Luck, Jeff We have a very good below value starting price. Revise: The car is in overall good running condition. I have been asked many question as to how it sounds. ie. compression, does it jump gear, does it leak oil, does it have blue smoke, is it, does it, can it, I am trying to answer all questions. hope this helps. It does have a mild Tranny leak. I do not see oil on the motor. It does not blow blue smoke. Compression? It starts and sounds like a normal running TR3. Will probably need brake pads? The cup to the overdrive may need a seal or tightened as you see in pics. Oil change. A total detail. Inside motor housing needs touch ups. Good Luck to all. REVISE:The TR3 emblem for the front comes with it. Lost ? during restore so, TR2 emblem used. Never changed. Ok, I have been offered 14,000 at least ten times through emails please do not offer anymore till auction ends. If it don't sell I will respond then. not ignoring all of you. Jeff
