Vehicle Detail
1959 Lancia Flaminia PF Coupe. This car is about 99% complete. I bought it as a project, but I am unfortunately moving and cannot take it with me. I love this car. The car sat for a very, very long time. I was able to get the car running. It has good compression on all 6 cylinders. The transaxle was taken apart at some point, due to a broken axle. I have a replacement axle, and it will need to be put back together. The car is very structurally sound. Lots of these suffer from rot issues, but this car sat in the dry Southern California climate since new. The interior is toast. That being said, The seat frames and springs are all there.(I have them, but I did not include pictures of them) They could easily be rebuilt, and I have quotes from several Concours winning upholstery shops here in LA. The car rolls fine. I do not have a title for the car, but have all of the paperwork from the DMV to acquire a new title. I just don't have time to get this done..I'm moving in a few weeks. The car was originally white with red leather. Very rare...not many of these for up for sale. The pictures do not show the aluminum bonnet, but it is there. It is the only part of the car that will need body work. The aluminum decklid is in great shape. The rest of the car is very straight. I have crates full of parts. Trim, hubcaps, etc. I would keep this car if I could, but I have several other cars that I need to take with me. Glass is perfect, trim is all there. It is very, very complete. I have the orange workshop manual (hard to find) that goes with the car. This is a great project for somebody who's looking for a rare Lancia. This car DOES NOT have a Salvage title, but ebay made me put something down in that category. Email me for any other questions. Had some questions about the door panels. I have them. The interior is complete...I just removed it and kept the pieces.
