Automatic / CVT This Lexus combines the utility of an SUV with all wheel drive capability and a full slate of comfort, convenience and technology features - and tops it off with excellent fuel mileage. This 2006 RX400h is in very good condition inside and out, and it runs and drives like a Lexus (smooth, that is). It is both faster than the base model RX AND more fuel efficient. Factory options include the Mark Levinson Audio System, GPS Navigation with Rear View Camera and Heated Seats. That's about $4000 in options added to this already nicely-equipped vehicle. This is a lifetime Florida vehicle, so it hasn't been exposed to the road salt or rough conditions of northern roads. It has just 67,147 original miles on it. The exterior is in very good shape. There are no notable dents or dings, and the paint shines like new all around. The Carfax report shows an accident. We have looked the car over very closely and can find no sign of paint work anywhere on the body - no tape lines, no overspray, nothing. All we can find is a small puncture mark and some scuffs on the rear bumper (see the picture below). Apparently, this was enough damage for someone to file a claim with their insurance company. We are having that repaired. You can see the Carfax report by clicking here (Adobe Reader required). Exterior features include alloy wheels, roof rails, a rear spoiler and fog lamps. The interior is clean, and also in excellent condition. There are no rips or tears in the seats. The carpets, dash, and door panels are also in good shape. Both front seats have power controls and heat. The driver's seat also has 2 memory settings. The rear seat is in excellent shape. Rear seat passengers have their own A/C vents. The cargo area is clean and roomy. A privacy shade and carpeted cargo mat are included. The liftgate is power operated. This Lexus offers a full compliment of luxury features: power windows, locks and mirrors; remote entry; auto dual-zone air conditioning; HomeLink universal transmitter; power tilt & telescopic wheel; cruise control, and much more. Please see the "features" chart near the top of the description. There are a couple of hairline cracks in the dash. This is a known Lexus / Toyota defect, and is not due to any kind of impact. We frequently see the exact same problems on Lexus GX models, Toyota Highlanders and others. The cracks are very thin and don't really detract from the appearance of the dash. There is a power glass moonroof, a HomeLink universal gate / garage opener, and the rear view mirror has a compass diaplay. The driver has a switch for the power liftgate, and the steering wheel has power tilt / telescope functions. This RX400h has the optional Mark Levinson audio system. It has a cassette player, CD changer and steering wheel controls. The large touch-screen LCD shows GPS maps and info , as well as climate control and Bluetooth settings, along with maintenance information, a trip computer, and more. The screen also acts as a monitor for the rearview camera. The books are with the vehicle The 3.3 liter V6 runs smooth and strong. Two electric motors are combined with it to provide better acceleration and better fuel mileage. A third electric motor starts the SUV and serves as a generator. Power is rated at 268 hp and 343 lb-ft of torque. Fuel mileage is window-sticker rated at 31 hwy /27 city mpg, revised to 27/25 in 2008. Your driving habits will affect mileage, but there's no doubt this RX hybrid will do much better than the average luxury SUV. Carfax shows accurate mileage. Legal Disclaimer: The parties agree to the following with regard to dispute resolution: Any disputes between the parties must first be addressed by mediation. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute.
