Up for sale is this California built and dry climate survivor 1959 Chevrolet Brookwood wagon. Mostly original paint with some blends and touch up areas over the years. Great looking patina paint with era correct faux logos that add plenty of character. All original metal with no signs of any serious accidents or rust repair. The floor pans have been replaced with original style pan sections. Factory 283 V-8 engine with Powerglide Automatic transmission. Runs and drives well with the following work being done recently: Full tune up on the engine, carb rebuilt, new water pump, new shocks all around, adjustable rear track bar and rear upper control arm, all new brakes front and rear which included all new shoes, flex lines, wheel cylinders, and master cylinder. Most of the electrical works as it should: brake lights, headlights, turn signals, and dash lights function. The wipers and horn currently do not work and possibly a few other simple items. All glass is in good condition for it's age and the windshield is new. Lowered on 22" rear and 20" front Coys. Interior has all been redone in the original style factory upholstery scheme: new carpet, headliner, seat covers, door panels, and even the original style vintage plastic seat covers. Overall this is a great looking vintage wagon that gets plenty of compliments and attention wherever it goes and is sure to give it's new owners years of enjoyment.
