The former Chief drove it daily until he left at the end of July, and he frequently drove it all over the state to various commitments. It could use a good detailing, but that's about it. The new Chief preferred a traditional police vehicle, and we have too much rolling stock to maintain as it is. We got it 3-4 years ago on a grant, and not wanting to turn down a free vehicle, the former Chief elected to use it. Being a hybrid, it is not practical for patrol.On Sep-30-13 at 18:11:05 PDT, seller added the following information:Ebay when I entered the VIN lists it as 4WD, which I guess is technically true, but it is AWD, and doesn't have a switch or shifter to change from 2WD to 4WD. Just wanted to make that a little more clear.
