We are proud to offer this very rare and extremely nice example of a 2006 Lotus Elise ... This Lotus is in exceptionally nice condition inside and out, has always been well serviced and is very heavily optioned including added Xenon HID lights and a flip-up Kenwood head unit with Navigation (I believe the only thing it doesn't have is the hard top - see description below for a list of all options). The Elise is very quick, handles like a go-kart well, are comfortable to drive and get very good fuel economy for a sports car - 29+ mpg on the highway! There are a lot of 2005's on the market, but very few 2006's - and in 2006 in 2006 the Lotus Elise received a new engine management system that improved throttle response through an electronic throttle and also reduced fuel consumption and emissions, the pedal assembly was also revised for improved throttle response and pedal feel, ProBax sport seats were also added as well as LED taillights with integrated reflectors. The body is in exceptional condition and the glass, carpet, leather, headliner, seats, etc. all literally look new. I am an extremely picky person and this is one of the few cars I've ever had that I can say you literally don't need to do anything to it. It doesn't need tires, a service, any spare keys, NAV DVD's, floormats - nothing. It's priced at the upper end of the market but I have no reservations representing it as one of the top 3 or 4 driven Elise available for purchase in the US. It's tough to find a driven pre-owned vehicle that is this well cared for & clean. It is finished in chili red met. over Black leather, has a 6-spd. manual trans and has 45,600 original 2-owner miles.
