I have a 1978 F-250 4x4 for sale. The truck does need work. Body wise it is rusty and I started to cut the bed off to place a flat bed. The bed shown in the pictures has been mostly cut off because of rust. I have a steel frame that I am using to make a bed for it. The cab does have rust but is solid enough to drive in winter and stay warm. The motor is a big block 400 that does have some oil leaks, but starts very reliably and drive down the road fine. The breaks do need work the is a rusted line in the front and leaks slowly over time. The also had front the factory dana 44 front and full floater dana 60 rear, both w/ 3.54 gears. The c-6 transmission was rebuilt with a towing package and also np205 transfer case. It is not a perfect truck but has been a good truck. It also has a lift. The rear has a shackle flip and the front is 3" lift springs. Let me know if you have any questions.
