1970 Ford Maverick - Built in Kansas City 1969 6 Cyl 200 This is NOT a Mustang. Ebay just doesn't have an option to sell a Maverick. This is 100% Maverick. Restored/Original * No after market parts Rebuilt engine and transmission, too many new (original) to name. (This car was garaged in California for 40 + years and rarely driven.) Runs excellent, great weekend cruiser or has potential to be a show car with the right owner. New re-upholestered beautiful original black seats and new carpet. Original radio not working, working lights, wipers, heater blows. Car is not a racer but is an excellent cruiser and can get the job done! The steering wheel has been changed but I do have the original wheel and will include it. Anywhere you go in this car people will stop you! It is a rare head turner for sure! Also have the original 4 hubcaps. Clear title. Original Manual. 99.9998% RUST FREE (small surface rust starting on tip of hood) It could be sanded off and re-painted in 20 minutes. Not sure what the original miles are- reads 4,976. Paint job is nice but to show professionally it would need some minor body work done and a new pro-coat. This is not a show car but could be with the right owner. Absolutely perfect dash, no cracks looks brand new. Only issue cosmetically on the inside is a little material separation on the passenger side door (small fix). Perfect headliner (needs dome light). Shifter is a little finicky at times so I normally park it in neutral with the emergency break on. I was told it's a cheap easy fix. BRAND NEW TIRES less than 10 miles driven on them. I bought this car for my son & after a few months he decided a classic wasn't for him. So I boughtit back from him and decided I would restore it to the beauty you see now!
