Its not very easy to find a 2001 Camaro in this kind of condition. A lot of them are worn out, rusted out, faded or just plain junk. This car is none of those things. The exterior is in great shape. The paint shines brilliantly all around, and there are no significant dents or dings. The Carfax report is clean, showing no accident history. You can see the Carfax report by clicking here (Adobe Acrobat reader required). Very impressive, but not flawless. There's a little ding right by the right headlamp. We had to look the car over a couple of times before we spotted it. Its pretty insignificant, and doesn't detract from the overall appearance of the car at all. Exterior features include alloy wheels and fog lamps. The power-operated convertible top is in excellent shape with no holes or tears. The interior is also in excellent shape. The seats have no rips, holes or tears. The carpets and door panels are also in very good condition. Comfort and convenience features include power windows, locks and mirrors, remote entry, cold A/C, tilt wheels, cruise control and an AM/FM/CD stereo with steering wheel controls. One remote key and the wheel lock key are with the car. GM's 3800 series motors are noted for reliability and longevity. Keep up with the oil changes, and this motor will run well for many more years. Its rated at 200 hp and 225 lb-ft of torque. Fuel mileage is window-sticker rated at 19/31 mpg Carfax shows accurate mileage and no problems. Please note: this car might be driven, so it could have more miles by the time the auction is over. Important tax info: If you are a Florida resident, you will be required to pay Florida's 6% sales tax and registration fees. If you are not a Florida resident, and you are are driving the vehicle away from our lot, you will be required to pay your state's sales tax up to 6%. If your state's sales tax is more than 6%, you will be required to pay the difference in your home state. If your state has no sales tax on motor vehicles, we will not charge you any sales tax. If you have the vehicle shipped, we will not charge you any sales tax (however, you will have to pay your state's tax at home). Currently, the states of Arkansas, Mississippi, and West Virginia impose a sales tax on motor vehicles, but they DO NOT allow a credit for taxes paid to Florida.
