I checked the production numbers that are available. There were a total of 34,048 Camaros produced in 1990. Of those in 1990, there were only 1294 IROC Convertibles. I can’t find how many of those were white and with California Emissions. This is a very rare car that is sure to go up in value. It is a straight car. I have gone over the car and I can point out the following: The paint has been touched up. It is not all-original paint. It was done several years ago and on a scale of 1-10 I would rate the paint as a 6 or 7. If you want to just drive the car on weekends and cruises, this is perfect. If you want to show the car and be judged, it will need a paint job. Personally I like it the way that it sits now. I have had a great time driving the car and repainting the car would only take away for the enjoyment. The tires are new. The brakes are good. The mechanical aspect of the car is great. I would have no hesitations driving this car anywhere right now. The A/C blows cold, the seats all work, the hood stays up, the power truck works, and the steering is tight. I can point out that the Tachometer is not working. The Drivers seat has a small hole that can be easily repaired, and the rear seat has a small hole in it. I have shown the rear seat. The car starts right up and idles very smooth. I just went over the ignition system and did a top engine cleaning. It is smooth as can be. It doesn’t overheat at all and stays cool. The undercarriage is great. No visible damage and from what I can see there is no signs of accidents or damage. The car has been maintained very well. It has not been tampered with or changed in any way. It is stock and has been obviously garaged. There are 118,500 miles on the car. I was surprised at the miles on the car. I estimated 60,000 to 80,000 miles on the car when I first looked at it. The owner is selling the car only to make room in his garage. He has too many cars and this is one that he just was never attached to. I tried to trade him my Corvette for this one and he refused. So its up for auction.
