This auction is for a 2005 Volvo V70 wagon. Volvo is known for being able to handle very high millage under the proper maintenance and for being one of the safest cars to be in today. The wagon is practical for commuting and with family and there is plenty of room for cargo also. Volvo really changed the whole look of a station wagon and made it look desirable. CARFAX states this particular vehicle is $1,530 above retail book value. This is a 2 owner vehicle with 24 service records available. No accidents or damage was ever reported. INTERIOR: This car is really nice to be in. The light leather interior blends well with the exterior green/blue. The condition is pretty good for being 8 years old. On the controls of the driver seat, the assembly is not attached correctly and it broke. This is a very common problem Volvo has yet to fix at this year. The controls still work as they should. Everything works great. A/C is nice and cold! The stereo sounds fantastic. There is an airbag light on. Most likely a sensor goes bad and it needs to be replaced. We have fixed these before and they are not too pricey. Could also be a bad/dirty connection? EXTERIOR: The paint looks really good. There are a few minor dents and dings, they do not stand out. The clear coat feels soft as if were garage kept. There is some minor damage behind the front passenger side wheel. This could be from a curb maybe? The car is very unique and in great shape with a great exterior MOTOR/HANDLING: This car is what you would expect from a Volvo. The wagon doesn’t feel any different from a regular car. This car is very up to date. It accelerates great and stops fast also. The steering is so smooth just like the shifting. This car handles turns very well. Volvo is known for exceeding expectations. They are one of the first cars to earn the highest side impact rating and they make every model standard with this safety feature. This is a great car and I am sure it will handle anything you can throw at it. This vehicle will last a lot longer than a few years and the maintenance isn’t too pricey like everyone says.
