This is my 1959 Anglia/Popular, the last year of this body style. I bought this car in England 24 years ago with the intent of keeping it for myself, but too many projects means it has to go! The body is complete and original. The car has been in storage for sometime so I had the car media blasted and primed, a friend did some body work on it as it had some pinholes revealed by the blasting process. The body itself is good, but will need more work. All the inside window trims are there, but the rear ones are fiberglass. All the glass comes with the car as well as the front window mechanisms. The car has a early Fat Mann front suspension with the Pinto control arms, included is a NEW set of tubular upper and lower control arms I bought but didn't put on. The car also has a 9 inch ford rear end narrowed by Franklin Rear Ends in Plant City, FL years ago, it's 34 inches wide with 10 inch center lines and 15 inch M/T tires which are dry rotted. I have everything NEW for the rear brakes never installed still in the packs. The car has a Clear Title in my name. A $1000.00 deposit must be received within three business days of end of auction unless other arrangements have been made.
