2005 Toyota Highlander Limited. Fresh water damage vehicle with 120,000 miles. When we lived in California this vehicle was purchased for my wife from Copart in Las Vegas 9-30-2005 with 7,000 miles. By studying some paperwork left in the vehicle we were able to contact the previous owner and learned she was visiting Las Vegas from Southern California. She drove too fast through a wash over the road and the vehicle stalled two blocks later. Upon delivery the vehicle only need a light detail and was road ready. This vehicle always ran and drove excellent with no warning lights lit on the dashboard. The power seats and all the electronics have always functioned properly as they should. This vehicle does not have any odor from water etc. There are no signs of any water damage. It currently has a Virginia title with “Water Damaged” typed under the heading, “Other pertinent data”. The title is considered branded. There are no rips or tears and the carpets show no signs of wear. No squeaks, rattles or wind noise. My wife loves the car and is reluctant to sell it. The reason for selling it is we purchased another “water damaged” vehicle with all wheel drive as we live at the end of a road with a very steep grade. The car is senior owned and has never been smoked in. The purchaser will be thrilled with this car. Please search the web for expected mileage for a Highlander. You will find 300,000 miles or more is the usual answer. Kelly Blue Books values this type of vehicle at $12,510 in excellent condition. In my opinion this car IS in excellent condition.
